Meatico MEATouch Control Panel
This article is a guide to using the MEATouch control panel on a Meatico Dry Aging unit. and includes and overview of the main screen, showing the unit’s temperature and humidity. Users can swipe to access the control panel and manage functions like setup, alarms, probes, and recipes. Watch the video to see the panel in action.
MEATouch Main Panel Functions
1. Setup: Allows users to configure the date, time, language, and reset the unit to factory defaults. It also displays output like defrost cycles and ventilation.
2. Alarms: Shows unacknowledged alarms. Once an alarm is acknowledged, it is cleared from the cache.
3. Probes: Displays average temperature, humidity, and recipe progress for monitoring.
4. Recipes: Users can create or modify recipes by adjusting stages for time, temperature, humidity, and fan speed. Recipes can be customized, started, and stopped directly from the control panel.
The panel’s features can also be controlled via an app, which will be discussed in a future video.
